Following my graduation from the University of Maryland Medical Center, I practiced obstetrics and gynecology in various parts of Baltimore City, Anne Arundel County, and Howard County for 8 years. I eventually started my solo practice, Women’s Health Services of Maryland in 2011 and have been practicing at Women’s Health Services of Maryland ever since. However, I continue to train and incorporate the latest scientific evidence into my skill set by participating in continuing education activities.
I am passionate about providing personalized and detail-oriented care to my patients with the guidance of up-to-date, evidence-based medicine and I thrive to deliver outstanding results by combining the latest technology and surgical techniques. I am also fluent in English, Spanish, and Turkish, making it easier for you to voice your concerns in your native language.
Empowering my patients with information on their conditions and providing them a variety of treatment options is my top priority. Our integrative approach to women’s health allows me to provide my patients with nearly all aspects of wellness services from obstetrical care, gynecological care as well as cosmetic surgeries. Some of the surgical treatment options I offer include advanced laparoscopic surgeries for the treatment of fibroids, laparoscopic hysterectomy as well as minimally invasive treatment of complex endometriosis and pelvic pain. Additionally, I am also experienced in the surgical treatment of pelvic floor disorders and incontinence. I am certified by The American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
In addition to being a clinician, I am also a proctor and expert speaker for several medical and surgical device companies and I am a primary investigator for multiple drug research studies in women’s health. I specialize in minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries and I am an expert hysteroscopic surgeon and routinely train colleagues in hysteroscopic and laparoscopic procedures and perform complex laparoscopic approaches.
I prioritize providing my patients a wide spectrum of minimally invasive surgical and medical treatment options including, laparoscopic hysterectomy, minimally invasive surgical treatment of endometriosis, pelvic pain, laparoscopic myomectomy, laparoscopic treatment of ovarian cysts, resection of the uterine septum, and septoplasty procedures. Additionally, I am an expert surgeon for the treatment of pelvic floor disorders and incontinence. I train residents, medical students and nurse practitioners on a daily basis. My expertise in minimally invasive gynecology and urologic surgeries and microsurgical techniques allows my patients faster recovery, less pain, and quick return to their lives and their loved ones.
